"When I was 6,this boy in my class told me about It and how on the news there was a clown who lived in the sewers and came out and ate kids, not mentioning it was a movie,so I was terrified and told the teacher on him,and couldn’t sleep that night."
"I watched "It" when I was two, when I was meant to be sleeping much to my parents horror. I was terrified of clowns from then on and that Christmas my great grandmother bought me a porcelain clown. I screamed and threw it at the wall…"
“IT was the only movie I’ve ever seen where I liked the movie better than the book. Don’t get me wrong, the book was good, but the movie was way better.”
Since the beginning of the month, there have been reports in the town of Northampton, UK of a mysterious clown standing on the streets. He sometimes holds a clown stuffed animal, and sometimes he holds balloons. He does not hand out the balloons, juggle, or speak or interact with anyone. He simply just stands there. Despite his lack of action, the town of Northampton has been struck with fear at the mere sight of him. People have tried to come up with reasons as to why he is doing this, but no one has been able to discover why…or who the anonymous clown is.
If you ask me, he’s trying pretty hard to impersonate Pennywise…see pictures above, where the Northampton clown [top] bares a striking resemblance to Pennywise the evil clown from the 1990 Stephen King’s It [bottom])
"I’m every nightmare you’ve ever had. I am your worst dream come true. I am everything you ever were afraid of."
“It really annoys me when people called Pennywise The Clown a horror movie killer. Even in the movie it makes it clear that Pennywise was just a form of IT.”
"Stephen King’s "IT" really did some damage to me as a kid. Not because of him being a clown, but it was the drain scene. i refused to go anywhere near them for a couple years."
“I think people who say they are afraid of clowns are lying, especially when they say it comes from the movie, It.”
“My Best Friend used to be terrified with IT. I made her watch it with me on the phone and now she isn’t afraid of it anymore. Every time I see the movie on TV I make her watch it with me now!”
“Even though I was never a fan of IT, I always like bragging that part of it was filmed at my birth city.”
“I think the last 30 minutes of It destroys any shred of a good plot that barely in the movie”
