ABOUT ME

ASK BOX IS OPEN This is where you can submit your horror movie confessions or opinions, anonymously or not, and I'll post it with an image to go along with it. All submissions are sent in by other people and they are not my personal opinions. Remember all opinions are different, so please respect the opinions of others. NOTE: I do not accept confessions as 'fan mail' when the ask box is closed. Any confessions submitted via fan mail during this time WILL be deleted. WARNING: I am not making any promises that there will not be spoilers in any of the confessions. I apologize for any inconvenience.  Horror Fan(s) Creeping Tagged Posts:

“I like horror movies way better when they have a scary plot with no extra scares, than a bland plot with lots of gore and jumpscares to make up for it.”

“The Bay was easily one of the most disgusting concepts for a horror movie i’ve seen. The movie didn’t scare me but the concept of a parasite eating my tongue did.”

“When I was really young, my brother told me to watch the film Joyride. I agreed to watch it, and I really loved it. I think it is such an underrated thriller/horror, and probably the only movie that I can remember I had to pause to ask my brother what was going to happen next because I was scared to watch further (The scene where they are told to open the trunk I was so scared to watch any further I thought there was going to be a head or something in there but it turned out to be a cv radio).”

“I’ve never, EVER, been scared by a silent horror killer until I saw Michael Myers movies. Knowing he started out human and is basically still human reminds me that a super tall guy could come into my house anyday with a mask on and slice me up.”

“While the 2002 tv-movie version wasn’t the best, i still think that Angela Bettis is the best Carrie so far. Something about her seemed very real.”

“Oculus is the first horror movie that has ever made me feel uncomfortable and worried for the protagonists. It was nice to see a new horror movie do it right.”

“I only watched 1408 because I’m such a big John Cusack fan, but I’m so glad I did. It was beautiful, twisted and very scary. I’m especially glad I watched it with the original ending.”

"I am just SO DISGUSTED and SO SICK of the same old “horror” movies these days. Most of them belong in the Comedy section. “The Purge”, “Sinister”, and “The Conjuring”, had SUCH GREAT POTENTIAL; but it was just sooooo badly executed in the acting, etc. “The Cabin in the Woods” was a GREAT storyline and FINALLY something creative; but the cast sucked in their acting, and it didn’t take itself seriously, which i wish it would’ve. I just want horror movies that come out to even TRY to be creative.”

“I really love all the Paranormal Activity movies. I thought they were refreshing twist on witchcraft and ‘making deals with demons’. While they do scare me, the plot is what keeps me watching.”

“I am so sick and tired of trailers for movies (any movies, not just “horror” movies) revealing basically the whole movie itself. UGH. Movies these days are just so effing predictable!”
