“I got a “being high-effect” and got turned on when I was watching American Mary.”
“the haunting of helena actually isn’t horrible even though it’s an unknown netflix movie. i feel like the idea isn’t bad, and it could’ve been done better but it was better than what i expected.”
"After watching all of the Wrong Turn, Friday the 13th, and A Nightmare on Elm Street movies, I discovered that I have a thing for men with facial deformities."
“The Descent is one of my favorite modern horror movies, but I really would just like to place the American ending and the sequel on a boat and send them FAR, FAR AWAY.”
“I’d love to see a really well-done, modern horror film interpretation of the Swamp Thing comics from the ’80s.”
“I’ve read the book and am aware that Carrie was a teen, however, I believe when bringing her character to film, the role should be reserved for adult actresses (like 25+). Chloe Moretz’s youthful baby-face and lack of life experience (not saying she’s immature, but she was only 15/16 at the time, still very new to the world) could not portray the emotions needed to play such a tortured soul. The themes/content in Carrie are too heavy for actual teens to convey, and I’m saying this as a teen too.”
“I really wish Joseph Gordon-Levitt had had a bigger role in Halloween H20.”
“The Friday the 13th films make me romanticize the 80s a lot. I would’ve LOVED to be an actress in one of the first eight installments, even if I was killed off quickly. A cheap acting jig where I get killed off by a character destined to be one of the most iconic slashers in horror history—sounds like so much fun!!!”
“Resurrection was the worst Halloween film. I even enjoyed the remakes and Season of the Witch more.”
“Evil Ed from Fright Night (the original) is one of my favorite characters. He’s actually really tragic.”
"that kid in fatal attraction (1987). Would it have been too much to ask to put her in a dress for most/all of the movie or put a wig of long hair on her?"
“I hated how everyone in the Carrie remake looked like they had just walked off a modeling shoot onto the set. At least the original had some unique, definable looks for each of the characters, making them a lot more memorable. I still remember every mannerism from the chubby girl with the big glasses (Helen) and the way Tina was such a dork and wore her baseball cap everywhere. Don’t remember zip about any of the supporting characters in the remake.”
“If Halloween 3 is focused in the mental hospital laurie is at like she was in Halloween 2, I’ll be pissed. I want Halloween 3 to focuse on Laurie, but in Haddonfield. Not a mental hospital.”
